checked the link myself, didn't download anything just went to the page where you can download it. I'm pretty sure it would go in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Resident Evil 4\BIO4\ImagePackHDĬheck with the mod forum and look at other mods to see where they say to install.
